If you would like to cancel your hosting package or any other service you have, kindly follow the next steps:
- Open "My Services" button from the client area main navigation, or click here
- Select the product/service or the hosting package you would like to cancel
- Click on "Request Cancellation" button from the sidebar navigation
- Write a brief reason for the cancellation
- If you choose Cancellation Type "Immediate", your service or the hosting package will be terminated and all your data will be deleted from our servers on the next day exactly at (00:00 AM - US Eastern Time). If you choose Cancellation Type "End of Billing Period", your service or the hosting package will be terminated and all your data will be deleted from our servers on the expiry date. So, be careful when you choose the Cancellation Type.
