Strange letters appeared in WordPress installation via Softaculous Print

If you find strange letters appear on your website after you install WordPress via Softaculous like the screenshot below:

Please follow the steps below to solve this issue:

Login to your WordPress admin area.
Navigate to the (Plugins) page from the left navigation.
Kindly remove these plugins (SpeedyCache and SpeedyCache Pro) because they have a conflict that results in this issue, and you can install any other Cache plugin instead.
